Abstract
The gradual formation of neighborhood units in the northwestern parts of Iran has been affected by the continuous system of work and life. But attention of urban areas has led to villas, as they often ignore the local identity patterns, and the proceeds of purchase, profitable segregation, and market-based segregation are prioritized. This research seeks to apply the most fundamental features of evolutionary and piecemeal growth on the scale of neighborhood units in the continuity of rural organic areas, which require an internal process and basic identity to adapt to previous identities. A type of homophobia associated with the conceptualization and expansion of concepts. The field study was based on Sandegh village in Dodangeh area of Mazandaran province. The results suggest that loyalty and avoidance of amorphous spaces, permanent protected areas, and positive association of shared spaces with physical edges can be considered as the most important principles in this regard. The re-application of these principles requires a gradual redefinition of the macro-scale process and its continuation at the micro level, with an emphasis on reproductive and holistic processes. In the proposed process 1. Initial participatory perspective in order to create a neighborhood with details, 2. Defining species to organize the main elements 3. Forming public areas in order to link social life and physical-natural environment, 4. Physical formation In connection with the priority of public spheres and 5. Paying attention to the micro and macro visual dimensions, can provide the theoretical and practical base for the repetition of identities
