Abstract
Introduction: Since the formation of civilization, cities have had many challenges, the most important of which are social inequality, polarization, poverty, and the physical manifestation of these problems, such as unequal access to urban capital. It was against these problems and challenges that the discussion of justice entered urban planning and the search for justice or the effort to fight injustice became one of the main goals of urban planning.
Research method: The current research is a descriptive-analytical developmental research and examines and analyzes the current situation. The intended approach in this research is scientometrics and specifically, co-lexical analysis. In order to obtain scientific articles related to the research field, two keywords land use planning and spatial justice have been searched in the Web of Science database in the period of 2010-2024.
Results and discussion: . In general, in these articles, spatial justice in land use planning has been divided into two categories: fair access to services and fair distribution of services. In urban development programs in Iran, spatial justice has been proposed in land use planning in order to properly distribute services at the city level, while in developed countries, with the participation of citizens, their daily needs can be identified and tailored accordingly. plan and define spatial justice in this way.
Conclusion: As a result, if we want land use planning to be justice-oriented in Iran, focusing on the subject of compliance with land use per capita in land use planning is not only effective, but the daily needs of the people should be in accordance with age and gender, population density, conditions Economic and social of the residents, service access radius and occupancy level of the uses should be identified.
