چکیده

نظر به گسترش شتابزده شهر تهران و اثرات متعدد فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی یکی از نکات مهم مورد نوجه سیستم ارائه خدمات شهری است یکی از حوزه‌های مهمی که تحت تأثیر سیستم های ارائه خدمات شهری قرار گرفته است شبکه ایستگاه‌های سوخت رسانی شهر است که با افزایش پرشتاب تعداد وسایط نقلیه همواره به سختی پاسخگویی به نیازهای متعدد و نوظهور بوده است. به گونه‌ای که شبکه فعلی جایگاه‌های سوخت با توجه به تعداد خودروهای موجود و درحال تردد در شهر تهران، علاوه بر کمبود ظرفیت سوخت رسانی، از توزیع نامتناسب جغرافیایی رنج برده و عدم دسترسی مناسب شهروندان به سوخت مورد نیاز، هزینه‌های متعدد مالی، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی به کلانشهر تهران تحمیل میشود.
در این تحقیق سعی شد با شناخت مناطق 22 گانه شهر تهران در همه ابعاد( اقتصادی، اجتماعی، ترافیکی، زیست محیطی، کاربری زمین و....) و نیز بررسی وضعیت موجود جایگاه‌های عرضه سوخت با استفاده از ضوابط و شاخص‌هایی مربوط به عرضه سوخت بنزین و CNG و همچنین بررسی مدل‌های مکان یابی در سیستمهای اطلاعات مکانی (GIS)، مکان‌های مناسبی برای جایگاه‌های عرضه این سوختها پیشنهاد شود. بدین منظور پس از بررسی تجارب جهانی و جمع آوری داده‌ها و لایه‌های اطلاعاتی لازم، معیارهای مورد نظر انتخاب و با هم‌پوشانی لایه‌ها درمحیط GIS، مکان‌های اولیه پیشنهاد گردید. پس از تطابق مکان‌های پیشنهادی با نقشه‌های موجود و تصاویر ماهواره‌ای و بازدید میدانی آنها، با استفاده از روش‌های وزن دهی و آنالیزهای مکانی، مکانهای پیشنهادی برای احداث جایگاههای عرضه سوخت در مناطق 22 گانه شهر تهران اولویت بندی شدند.

Considering the rapid expansion of the city of Tehran and the numerous cultural, social, economic and political effects of the city, one of the important points of the system of providing urban services is one of the important areas affected by the services of urban services is the network of refueling stations of the city, which is The rapid increase in the number of vehicles has always been hard to meet a number of emerging needs. As the current network of fuel stations in terms of the number of vehicles available and traveling in Tehran, in addition to lack of fuel capacity, suffered from disproportionate geographic distribution and lack of adequate access to fuel for citizens, numerous financial, environmental and Social affairs will be imposed on the metropolis of Tehran. In this research, we tried to identify the 22 areas of Tehran in all dimensions, as well as the status of existing fuel supply stations using the criteria and indicators related to the supply Gasoline and CNG fuel, as well as spatial location information systems survey locations, are suggested places for supplying these fuels. For this purpose, after considering the global experiences and collecting the necessary data and layers of information, the criteria were selected and the layers were superimposed on the GIS environment, the initial locations were proposed. After adjusting and reviewing existing maps and satellite imagery and field views, using weighing and spatial analysis methods, proposed locations for building fuel in the 22 areas of Tehran were prioritized.
