چکیده

در قسمت اول با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی شاخص های سرزندگی در فضاهای باز دانشگاهی، از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی استفاده گردید. روش تحقیق اکتشافی است و در دو فاز (AHP) و تحلیل عامل R در نرم افزار spss بصورت کیفی و کمی و در انتها با استفاده از روابط مدلیابی ساختاری در نرم افزار Amos به صورت پی در پی انجام شد. جامعه تحقیق را در بخش اول کلیه متخصصان معماری و شهرسازی تشکیل می دادند که مصاحبه ای باز پاسخ با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله برفی با 15 نفر از متخصصان صورت گرفت. در ادامه با بدست آوردن الویت های اصلی تحقیق از مرحله قبل، پرسشنامه جدیدی تدوین و در گروه کاربران با حجم نمونه توسط 341 نفر از دانشجویان در رشته های معماری، معماری منظر، شهرسازی و عمران در سطح دانشگاه های ایران بصورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی انجام گرفت و نتایج برای تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده، بر اساس تحلیل عامل R استخراج و تحلیل داده ها بر اساس آمار توصیفی استنباطی است.
یافته ها: ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ نشان می دهد ﻛﻪ ابعاد اجتماعی، کالبدی، طراحی و روانشناختی محیط در طراحی فضاهای باز دانشگاهی ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬار است همچنین روابط بین مولفه ها و ضریب تاثیر آنها مشخصشد. مولفه های انعطاف پذیری در رفتار انسانی، تنوع فضایی، تاثیر آسایش کالبدی بر آسایش جسمی، رابطه فضای مصنوع و فرمال با فضای اجتماع پذیر و فردی، شکل گیری رفتار انسانی با آرایه های محیطی و حضور طبیعت و محیط سرزنده از پرسشنامه کاربران استخراج شد.

Methods In the first part, the purpose of identifying and prioritizing vitality indices in academic open spaces was carried out by hierarchical analysis method. The present study was conducted in two phases (AHP) and R factor analysis in SPSS software in a qualitative and quantitative manner. The research population was comprised of the first part of all architectural and urban planning specialists who had open-ended interviews with purposeful sampling and snowball technique with 15 experts. Then, by acquiring the main research priorities from the previous stage, a new questionnaire was developed and randomly clustered by 341 students in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Development and Civil Engineering at the Iranian University. The data were analyzed using R factor analysis, and the data were analyzed using inferential descriptive statistics.Result: The results of this research indicate that social, physical, design and psychological dimensions of the environment are influential.
Discusion and Conclusion: The first part illustrates that the social, physical, design and psychological dimensions of the environment are involved in the design of university open spaces. Also the components of flexibility in human behavior, spatial diversity, the effect of physical comfort on physical comfort, relationship between artificial and formal space with sociable and individual space, human behavior formation with environmental arrays and the presence of nature and lively environment were extracted from the user questionnaire. Was done.
