[English]

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an effective solution to evaluate the energy consumption of the building and analyze the brightness of the interior spaces before construction. In the present study, with the aim of providing appropriate design solutions for interior spaces using daylight to improve the quality of architectural space; Combined in two parts: survey and simulation; With an analytical approach to the study of quality indicators of architectural space, Annual energy consumption and lighting analysis of indoor spaces in the School of Architecture - Environmental Design, Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Iran University of Science and Technology were discussed. The results of the present study in the survey section using the Delphi method in SPSS software showed ; The amount and intensity of light indoors, will have the most impact on the quality of architectural space in educational complexes and the results of energy simulation with Design Builder software after modeling building information in Autodesk Revit 2021 software represents it the amount of annual energy consumption in case of construction of the mentioned college with heavy brick materials with an average insulation of 2495474 kWh according to the standards of educational spaces. Also in the simulation section, the results of light analysis of indoor spaces showed the most suitable sides according to LEED and BREEAM standards in order to use daylight; North and south of the faculty are under investigation,. In order to realize the practical nature current study, directional solutions Adaptation of interior design are presented.
