چکیده

حرکت پیاده‌ به عنوان یکی از کهن‌ترین شیوه‌های جابه‌جایی انسان در فضای شهری محسوب می‌شود. هدف این رویکرد سالم‌سازی و فراهم آوردن تسهیلات حرکت پیاده به صورت مطمئن و کارآمد است، از این‌رو به یکی از محور‌های اصلی برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهری تبدیل شده. با توجه به افزایش روزافزون مداخلات برنامه‌ریزانه و طراحانه بر مبنای شهر خودرومحور و پیامد‌های منفی این امر، توجه به مقوله پیاده‌مداری و حرکت به سوی شکل‌گیری شهرهای پیاده‌مدار امری ضروری است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تطبیقی عوامل تبیین کننده میزان پیاده‌مداری در محلات جنت­آباد شمالی و هفت­حوض نارمک است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و کمی دسته­بندی شده است. روش پژوهش و گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و همچنین پیمایشی، مشاهده مستقیم و پرسشنامه بود. با توجه به هدف اصلی پژوهش جهت مقایسه سطح پیاده‌مداری در محلات هدف از آزمون مقایسه میانگین‌ها و همچنین برای تعیین عوامل تبیین کننده میزان پیاده‌مداری در محلات هدف از روش تحلیل­عاملی در محیط نرم­افزار SPSS 26 استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد میانگین سطح پیاده‌مداری در محله هفت­حوض با عدد 78.3017 بالاتر از محله جنت­آباد شمالی با عدد 69.4010 است. مهمترین عامل تبیین­کننده میزان پیاده‌مداری در محله جنت­آباد شمالی عامل "تنوع خدمات محله" با واریانس تبیین شده 6.706 است در حالی که در محله هفت­حوض نارمک عامل "کیفیت محیطی" با واریانس تبیین شده 11.365 به عنوان عامل اول و قویترین عامل شناسایی شده است.

چکیده [English]

the aim of this study is to improve safety and provide reliable and efficient pedestrian movement facilities and is one of the main axes of urban planning and design . due to the increasing day of designer and designer interventions based on auto city and negative consequences of this , it is necessary to pay attention to the concept of walkability and moving toward the formation of new cities . the main objective of this research is comparative study of the factors of walkability in the neighborhoods of north and south of narmak . the present study is an applied research and the method of research is descriptive - analytical and quantitative . the method of gathering information is library , documents as well as survey methods have direct observation and questionnaire . according to the main purpose of this study to compare the walkability in the target neighborhoods , the comparison of means and also to determine the factors of walkability in the target neighborhoods , factor analysis technique was used in spss software . the results show that the average of walkability in the seven - basin neighborhood is higher than the north - abad district . the most important factor of walkability is the " neighborhood services diversity " with explained variance , whereas in the seven districts of narmak , the " environmental quality " with explained variance was identified as the first factor and factor loadings .
