چکیده

بحرانها و معضلات اجتماعی مانند انزوای اجتماعی به دلیل تاثیرات نامطلوب آنها بر سایر ابعاد زندگی انسانها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردارند. انزوای اجتماعی، مبین ارتباط نامطلوب یک فرد با جامعه و نشان دهنده عدم تعاملات اجتماعی موفق با انسان های دیگر است. با توجه به اهمیت نقش ادراک محیط در وضعیت اجتماعی مکان، هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تاثیر کیفیتهای ادراک شده محیط بر انزوای اجتماعی ساکنان است که به منظور ارتقاء حیات اجتماعی در خوابگاه های دانشجویی با تاکید بر خوابگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود انجام یافته است. نوع تحقیق، توصیفی و پیمایشی با نمونه گیری خوشه ای، حجم نمونه 241 نفر و روش تحقیق، مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری است. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، کیفیت محیط کالبدی- فعالیتی (شامل ایمنی، امنیت و سرزندگی) برانزوای اجتماعی (شامل یاس اجتماعی، عجز، تنهایی اجتماعی و کاهش تحمل اجتماعی) به صورت معنادار تاثیرگذار بود. لکن کیفیت محیط کالبدی- معناشناختی (شامل زیبایی، هویت و غنای حسی) تاثیر معناداری بر احساس انزوای اجتماعی نداشت. همچنین متغیرهای سن، رشته و مقطع تحصیلی تاثیر کیفیتهای محیطی بر انزوای اجتماعی را به صورت معناداری تعدیل نکردند. تامین ایمنی، ایجاد شرایط اقلیمی مناسب، تامین خلوت، توسعه فضاهای فراغتی و انواع محل های نشستن، می تواند بسترساز کاهش انزوای اجتماعی در خوابگاه های دانشجویی باشد.

With due attention to the social crises and problems and these undesirable affect in some aspect of living and human transcending, social isolation, specify undesirable communication and marked failure involuntary interrelation That these have been result some variant reactions such as disappointment, inability and social tolerance threshold decreases. According to the environment influence and perception process of place in forming the affective relationship with place as well as role of place on social status and quality, the main issue of this research is the discovering the relation between the social isolation and space quality. Reach to social activity transcending and social livability accompanied by quality of life is the importance aim of this research. With due attention to apply the descriptive- analytical method and survey strategy, by questionary research method that analyses into 241questionnaires that distributed with cluster sampling in shahrood university of technology masculine dormitory. Appling the SEM technique tests specify relation with social isolation and its components (aesthetic, identity, sensory, function, utility, amenity, safety, vitality ) as dependent variable and space quality and its components (disappointment, inability, social tolerance threshold, social solitariness) as independent variable. Research findings indicate that the quality of physical properties of space and function(safety, amenity, vitality) have effected on social isolation and its components. But, quality of meaning- physical properties of space have not affective on social isolation.In this case, research finding specify, According to social aspect of place, aesthetic, function, amenity, safety and place leisure developing, led to decreasing social isolation.
