چکیده

هدف: در معماری و شهرسازی گذشته ایران، کوچه باغ ها همیشه به عنوان فضاهایی ارزشمند، شاعرانه و آرامش بخش در نظرگرفته شده که دارای ظرفیتهای طبیعی، ادبی و فرهنگی بالایی بوده و جایگاه خاصی در ادبیات فارسی داشته اند. متاسفانه در دوره حاضر، ساخت و سازهای بی رویه باعث تخریب و نابودی باغ ایرانی به عنوان الگویی اصیل گردیده و کوچه باغ های گذشته در حال زوال هستند. هدف اصلی پژوهش، ارائه راهکارهایی جهت حفظ کوچه باغ های باقی مانده نیشابور با تاکید بر هویت جمعی است.

روش تحقیق: نوع پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، به عنوان یک تحقیق کاربردی و به لحاظ خصوصیات موضوع از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی میباشد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل، ارزیابی داده های پرسشنامه نرم افزار SPSS و در تحلیل داده های مصاحبه از روش تحلیل محتوا و رویه کدگذاری استفاده گردیده است.

نتایج و بحث: بررسی در پنج نظام فرهنگی-اجتماعی، عملکردی، کالبدی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی انجام گردید. نتایج آماره (T) موید آن است که در بررسی شاخص های تحقیق در نظام فرهنگی اجتماعی شامل تعاملات اجتماعی، حس تعلق به بافت، خاطرات جمعی و هویت بصری در شرایط نامطلوب قرار دارد. شاخص های نظام عملکردی شامل سرزندگی و دسترسی پذیری در شرایط نامطلوب قرار دارد. در بررسی نظام اقتصادی شاخص رونق بخشی اقتصاد محلی مطلوب و شاخص رونق صنعت گردشگری در شرایط نامطلوب قرار دارد. در بررسی نظام زیست محیطی شاخص حفاظت از پوشش گیاهی موجود در شرایط نامطلوب قرار دارد. در بررسی نظام کالبدی شاخص های انسجام فضایی، شخصیت بصری و امنیت در شرایط نامطلوب و آسایش اقلیمی در شرایط مطلوب قرار دارد.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل پس از تحلیل و کدگذاری داده ها، در فالب راهکارهایی در سه دسته بندی کلی شامل تقویت هویت مکانی در محله، تقویت پایداری اجتماعی در محله و تقویت شبکه پباده ارائه گردیده است

چکیده [English]

Goale:In the history of Iranian architecture and urban planning, Kuche-Bagh have been regarded as valuable, poetic, and tranquil spaces with high natural, literary, and cultural capacities, they have held a special place in Persian literature. Unfortunately, in the present era, rampant construction has led to the destruction and obliteration of the Iranian garden as an authentic model, and the historical gardens are in decline. The main objective of research is to provide solutions for preserving the remaining Kuche-Bagh in Neyshabur with emphasizing the revival of group memories.

Methodology:This research is classified as applied in terms of its objective and as descriptive-analytical in terms of its subject characteristics. In the data collection section, both library and field studies were utilized, and in the analysis section, the evaluation of questionnaire data was conducted using SPSS software, while content analysis and coding methods were employed for analyzing interview data.

Findings: The investigation was carried out across five cultural-social, functional, physical, economic and environmental systems. The statistical results (T) confirm that in examining the research indicators within the socio-cultural system, including social interactions, sense of belonging to the context, collective memories, and visual identity, there are unfavorable. The indicators of the functional system, including vitality and accessibility, are unfavorable. In the economic system assessment, the indicator of local economic prosperity is favorable, while the indicator of tourism industry prosperity is unfavorable. In the environmental system assessment, the indicator of protection of existing vegetation is unfavorable. In the spatial system assessment, the indicators of spatial coherence, visual character, and security are unfavorable, while climatic comfort is in favorable conditions.

Results: The results obtained from the interviews after analyzing and coding the data, in form of solutions have been categorized into three main groups: strengthening place identity, enhancing social sustainability in the neighborhood, and strengthening pedestrian networks.
